To provide day to day support to leaseholders within a north London Leasehold Scheme for the Elderly to facilitate independent living within the scheme.
Monitoring health and care needs of individual residents through regular contact and everyday observation
Particular contact with frail or indisposed residents on a more regular daily basis
To respond to emergency calls and summon assistance as required
To instruct residents in the use of the communication*alarm system and other necessary health and safety procedures
Ensure the communal facilities are available for use by the residents
House keeping and other duties in respect of the common facilities
Light cleaning duties in support of contract cleaning
In conjunction with residents develop and organise social events and leisure activities
Provision of basic first aid to residents
